Conlan will be aiming to edge a step closer to claiming his third successive Elite belt.
Adam Nolan, who also represented Ireland at the Olympics, will also be in action Friday. The Bray BC defending champion meets Dublin welterweight Brian Brosnan.
Defending light-welterweight and heavyweight champions Ross Hickey and Tommy McCarthy will also be between the ropes, along with European U-23 gold medallist Jason Quigley.
Saturday’s session sees Ken Egan and Davey Joe Joyce meet in the light-heavyweight semi-final.
The winner will advance to face current Irish and European champion Joe Ward in the 81kg final on 22 February.
