Former World Champion Wayne McCullough will seek to restore his boxing license after overturning a temporary ban.
The super-bantamweight has convinced the Nevada Athletic Commission that he fulfilled medical requirements.
The 35 year-old Belfastman, has threatened go to court if the commission rules against him taking fights in the future.
McCullough had been ordered to undergo a battery of tests after being stopped by Oscar Larios in the tenth round of their 15th of July WBC title fight.
He told the commission he had passed a variety of medical tests.
