Dublin's Bernard Dunne has maintained his unbeaten professional record. The former national featherweight champion now has a record of 3 and 0 after beating American Simon Ramierez last night in Oklahoma.
Dunne knocked out the Oklahoma fighter after just one minute and nine seconds of round one. The 22-year-old, now fighting out of the Sugar Ray Leonard camp in California, is due for six more bouts this year.
On February 7th, Dunne fights in Albuquerque and a month later travels to Montreal for a TV show topped by a WBA lightweight title defence by Leonard Dorin against Miguel Callist.
