Veteran fighter, Lou Savarese, has vowed to give Mike Tyson the fight and possibly the 'fright' of his life, as the usual pre-fight war of words escalated in advance of Saturday's bout in Glasgow. Tyson has recently been the centre of much speculation over his health, both physical and, more importantly, mental. The press have speculated that he has been on heavy medication to halt a slide into depression, and that when he comes off this medication, for example before a fight, he loses control.
'I really cannot get caught up in what is going on in Tyson's life,' said the 35 year old opponent, 'because what you think about every day is different....so I just try and focus on the fight......I never quit....I will go in like a man and I just will not quit....I am not in this business just to take a pay day.'
