Shamrock Rovers have announced the signing of Jake Mulraney, Shelbourne captain Mark Coyle has joined NIFL Premiership side Coleraine for an undisclosed fee, while Bohemians have brought in Republic of Ireland Under-21 midfielder Harry Vaughan on loan from Hull City until the end of June.
