Killester handed Belfast Star just their second defeat of the Domino's Men's Super League season in a 29-point victory in the IWA, 97-68, while Ballincollig beat Flexachem KCYMS to join them at the top of the table with 8-2 records.
Robert Braswell looked back to full fitness after missing a few weeks due to injury as he dropped 24 points on a very efficient 8-10 shooting, flanked by a 23-point game for Josh Wilson and 18 from Paul Dick.
For Star, Irish international Rapolas Buivydas led the way with 20 points in 24 minutes, but did not feature in the final quarter. Killester now enter the top five with a 6-4 record and stay level with UCD Marian.
Ballincollig had a 93-76 road victory over KCYMS in Killorglin.
The visitors's big three of Latrell Jossell, Latavious Mitchell and Josh Steel all continued their string of good performances, with Mitchell notably scoring 19 points on a highly efficient 8-13 shooting performance.
Jeffery Okeke had a 35-point game for Killorglin as he tried to keep the Kerry side in the game with five threes from him. The loss for Declan Wall's men sees them fall to 4-6.

Energywise Ireland Neptune pulled off an upset with a 112-87 victory over Garvey's Tralee Warriors to earn their second victory of the season.
Adon Gregorio stole the show for Neptune with a season-high 30 points.
Neptune's offence lit up in the second half with a 37-point third quarter, giving them a 21-point lead heading into the fourth, which Tralee couldn't fight back from.
The win for Neptune puts them at 2-8 after their first win since the 1st of November. The loss for Tralee leaves them at an even record of 5-5, the same record as four other teams.
Griffith College Éanna had a comfortable 107-85 win over Limerick Celtics on Saturday.
It was a tale of two halves, with the Celtics pushing Éanna all the way behind a strong first-half showing from new acquisition Sean Hauser.
Éanna really turned the heat up a notch in the second half, with Irish international Sean Jenkins scoring 14 of his 25 points in the third and fourth quarters.
The win for Éanna puts them at a strong 7-3 record, and well amongst the leading pack. For Celtics, the loss is their seventh of the season and leaves them in tenth, despite some promising performances.

St Vincent's fell to 5-5 for the season after a 98-76 loss to UCD Marian, while new-look UCC Demons managed to pick up some momentum with two new pros, getting a win on their debuts, with a 103-88 victory over EJ Sligo All-Stars on Sunday.
New acquisitions Tamyrik Fields and Jordan Washington combined for 36 points in their opening league game for Demons, helping them get their second win of the season and bring their record to 2-8.
For Sligo, RJ Etyle-Rock scored 28, including five three-pointers, in a bid to get Sligo back into the game, but to no avail.
Sligo now fall to 4-6 for the season, level with Killorglin in ninth.

Killester secured their seventh win in eight Domino's Women's Super League games this season following a 107-76 triumph over McEvoy's Cavan Eagles.
Killester's pro Samantha Haiby stole the show with 40 points in 31 minutes including shooting 8-11 from three and an outstanding efficiency of 50%.
Soleil Barnes did her best to keep Cavan in the game with 27 points, including seven of her own threes.
The win puts Killester at 7-1 for the season and they remain at the summit for another weekend. For Cavan, they now fall to 3-5 in their maiden season in the league.
Gurranabraher Credit Union held on to defeat Trinity Meteors 84-81, despite a late fourth-quarter comeback from Meteors.
Brunell had a 16-point lead, 72-56, as it entered the final quarter, which was followed by a 25-12 fourth quarter for Meteors, but they ultimately fell just short.
Maddie Cluse and Irish international Edel Thornton combined for 45 points for Brunell, with Cluse adding 15 rebounds in the game.
The win for the Cork side moves them to second with a 6-2 record, whilst the loss for Meteors sees them slip below UCC Glanmire in the table with a record of 5-3.
UCC Glanmire picked up a vital win to go level with their opponents, Utility Trust St. Paul's Killarney, in an 88-54 win.
Viane Cumber scored 26 points and added 12 rebounds for Glanmire and was flanked by a further 30 from the duo of Jewel Watkins and Claire O'Sullivan.
St. Paul's had two players in double digits, with Maisie Burnham getting 16 points and Lorraine Scanlon adding 12.
The loss has now put Killarney below Glanmire in the Domino's Women's Super League table, with both sides on 5-3.
FloMAX Liffey Celtics added fuel to their resurgence with their third win in four games thanks to an 82-73 triumph over Midlands Park Portlaoise Panthers.
Brooke Kane, Destinee Bursch and Sorcha Tiernan led the way, scoring 58 of Liffey's 82.
For Portlaoise, Lynn Tunnah and Christiana Ojide Boiko had their best league games for the Laois side yet, with Tunnah scoring 26 and Boiko adding 20.
Liffey are now level with McEvoy's Cavan Eagles at 3-5 in the table.
However, Panthers are now on a seven-straight losing streak and sit just one place above the winless Catalyst Fr. Mathews in ninth.
Bottom of the table Fr. Mathews suffered an 86-69 loss to SETU Waterford Wildcats on Saturday night.
Wildcats' trio of Ireland international Kate Hickey, Alyssa Frescas and Tiarra Brown all scored at least 20 points as a 48-28 second half saw Wildcats pick up a fifth win to enter the top five.
