Ballincollig made it four wins in a row with a thrilling 97-96 victory over Griffith College Éanna, continuing their impressive turnaround after starting the season 0-2.

Latrell Jossell, Josh Stell, and Adrian O'Sullivan all scored over 20 points in Saturday evening's clash. The lead changed hands just once, with Ballincollig taking control in the first quarter and never trailing again.

Late free throws from James Gormley narrowed the gap to a single point, but Ballincollig held firm to secure their fourth win of the season. The sides will meet again next weekend in the Pat Duffy National Cup.

Garvey’s Tralee Warriors climbed into the top three of the Domino’s Men’s Super League with a 96-87 win over St. Vincent’s in Saturday’s opening fixture.

Jordan Perkins, Daniel Jokubaitis, and Eoin Quigley combined for 66 of Tralee’s points, helping to build a 25-point lead at one stage. Vincent’s mounted a late comeback but couldn’t close the gap.

Tralee now sit third at 4-2, while Vincent’s drop to tenth with a 2-4 record.

Energywise Ireland Neptune finally got off the mark with a hard-fought 79-75 win over EJ Sligo All-Stars.

Ryell Rodney Etyle-Rock continued his strong form with 29 points for Sligo, but it wasn’t enough to overcome Neptune, who were led by Adon Gregorio’s 23-point performance with just one miss.

Neptune move off the bottom of the table at 1-5, overtaking UCC Demons. Sligo end the weekend in ninth, also at 2-4.

Limerick Celtics endured another tough outing, falling 99-80 to Killester on Saturday evening.

Robert Braswell IV continued his standout season with 29 points and 8 rebounds, but it wasn’t enough to stop Killester, who now sit in the top three at 4-2. Celtics drop to eighth with a 2-4 record.

Flexachem KCYMS secured a convincing 90-68 win over UCD Marian, thanks to a 24-point performance from Jeffery Okeke and 16 rebounds from Jordan Blount.

Both teams now sit at 3-3, with KCYMS climbing to fifth and Marian in sixth.

Defending champions UCC Demons suffered a heartbreaking 116-113 overtime loss to unbeaten Belfast Star.

Shariff Black continued his hot streak with another 33-point game, while Jarvis Doles added 18 points and 14 rebounds for the Cork side.

Belfast’s Rapolas Buivydas, Shane Bell, and Roger Wilson all scored over 20 points, helping Star extend their perfect start to 6-0 and go two games clear at the top of the table.

UCC Demons, now 1-5, will look to bounce back when they travel to face Griffith College Éanna. Meanwhile, Belfast Star head to St. Vincent’s aiming to further cement their title credentials.
