Ireland’s senior men and women’s teams are currently preparing for their opening games in their European qualification campaign.
The Irish men, under the guidance of Greg Gurr, will be confident of causing a stir in their group after recording back-to-back wins over Luxembourg at the weekend.
On Friday, they secured a 84-58 win over Luxembourg, which was followed up with a 80-63 success on Saturday.
Ireland begin their European challenge at home to Switzerland on Saturday, 25 August, while the women’s team have a home tie with Norway on Saturday, 1 September.
