Cork's North Monastery have done the double over St Gerald's Castlebar to add the U'16 A Cadbury's League title to the School's Cup with a 49-40 win this afternoon. Shane O'Connell was awarded MVP for his 19-point contribution to the game.
Meanhwhile, St Patrick's Dungannon staged a second–half comeback to beat Castleisland's Meanscoil Phadraig Naofa to claim the U'16 B title. Dungannon's Owen Coyle took the MVP award for his 18-point contribution to the 42-40 victory, having trailed 15-20 at half time.
Elsewhere, Coola Post Primary had little difficulty pulling off the Cadette C title in a 34-22 victory over Coachford College. Stephanie O'Reilly deservedly took the MVP award.
