Sekunda leads Irish victory

Another historical moment for the Irish basketball team tonight when they defeated Cyprus 74-67 in Limassol, Cyprus in the European Cup semi-final playoffs. Glenn Sekunda, Ireland’s new player, was the top scorer on 30 points while Tim Kennedy scored 13 points and Billy Donlon notched 12 points. The win leaves Ireland in a very strong position ahead of Saturday's game with Bosnia.
