It's day two of the European Athletics Championships in Rome, where Ireland's fastest man Israel Olatunde will contest the men's 100m semi-final.

Olatunde booked his place in the semis on Friday night when finishing third in a season's best time in his heat.

A significant number of Team Ireland members will be in action across the day, starting with North Sligo AC competitor Christopher O'Donnell, fresh from being part of the winning mixed 4x400m relay team, in round one of the men's 400m.

Oisin Lane kicks off the evening session with the men's 20km race walk final, followed by Sarah Lavin in the women's 100m hurdles semi-final.

5000m finalist Brian Fay is also in action this evening.
