Sarah Lavin triumphed in the final of the 100m hurdles in Anhalt on Wednesday evening, while her fellow Tokyo Olympian Andrew Coscoran was third in the 1500m at Iberoamericano meeting in Spain in a season's best time.
Lavin built on her third in Savona last week as she clocked 13.00 seconds to see off Poland's Klaudia Wojtunik (13.26) and Helena Jiranova (13.35) of the Czech Republic.
Coscoran was third in the 1500m at the Iberoamericano meeting in Spain with a season's best time of three minutes 36.84 seconds.
The Balbriggan man took the lead with 300 metres to go, leading until the final bend. However, Spaniard Ben Adrian and winner Nordas Gilje Narve of Norway pipped him in the home straight.
The Star of the Sea AC athlete has had a great start to his outdoor season. Last week, he ran a new mile PB time of 3:55.31 with third-place finish at the Night of 10,000m PBs at Mary Peters Track in Belfast.
