Phil Healy clocked a new personal best at the Irish Milers meet in Belfast on Saturday evening to win the 400m in 51.50.
The Cork athlete improved on her previous PB of 51.914 which she set when finishing fourth in at the European Indoor championships in Poland back in March.
Earlier in the day she won the 200m in windy conditions in 23.21.
It was another really strong performance from Healy and one that gave her more valuable Olympic qualification points.
Sophie Becker placed second in the 400m as she produced a lifetime best by almost a second, running a terrific 52.32.
Her best previous best was 53.20 from the Irish Indoor Elite meet in February. Cliodhna Manning also showed form to place third in 53.16, just one hundredth off her personal best.
On Friday night at the Diamond League in Doha Thomas Barr finished seventh in the 400m hurdles in 49.91 from lane 1.
