Thomas Barr and Nadia Power picked up third-place finishes in their respective races at the PTS Meeting in Samorin, Slovakia tonight.
2016 Olympian Barr took third in the men's 400 metre hurdles in a time of 50.30.
Rasmus Mägi of Estonia and Britain's Efekeme Okoro finished first and second, respectively, ahead of the Waterford athlete, who will next race at the ISTAF meet in the Olympic Stadium, Berlin.
Power's third place came in the women's 800 metres as she set a time of 2:02.12 behind Gabriela Gajanová of Slovakia and Finland's Sara Kuivisto, who set season and personal bests respectively to take the top two spots.
Claire Mooney set a season's best time of 2:05.64 to finish ninth.
Templeogue native Power's time was the second fastest of her career to date and came just three days after she set a new Irish U23 800m record in Rovereto, Italy in a time of 2:01.01.
Christoper O'Donnell finished fifth in the men's 400 metres in a time of 46.74.
