Adeleke led the race from early on and raised her hand in triumph as she powered over the line in the Azerbaijan capital.
The Dubliner was part of the Ireland 4x100m relay team who won a silver medal at the IAAF World U20 Championships last year. She was unable to run in the final after injuring her hamstring.
