Ireland’s Bryan Keane has finished in 17th position in the World Triathlon Series event in Auckland, New Zealand.
Keane’s times of 1:57'44 came after an 18'39 swim, a 1:05'28 cycle and a 32:08' run.
Spain’s Javier Gomez won his third Auckland event in a row in a time of 1:54'13, holding off the challenge of Britain’s Jonathan Brownlee, who finished the race 20 seconds back. Australia’s Aaron Royle was third in a time of 1:55'49.
