Reigning champion Fionnuala Britton heads a 30-strong Irish team for next month's European Cross Country Championships in Belgrade.

Britton and Sarah Treacy are the only members of the gold-medal team who are returning to defend that title.

Ireland will also have teams in the two junior races and in the men’s under 23 event.
