Tirunesh Dibaba established a new world indoor 5000 metres record at Saturday's Reebok Boston Games.
The 21-year-old Ethiopian finished in 14 minutes and 27.42 seconds - almost five seconds faster than her run at the same event two years when she clocked 14mins 32.93secs.
Fellow Ethiopian Meseret Defar won the 3,000m race in a very quick 8min 30min 31sec but that was not fast enough to beat Liliya Shobukhova's mark she established a year ago.
