Britain's Dwain Chambers returned to top form with victory in the men's 100 metres at the Norwich Union International at Glasgow's Scotstoun Stadium.
The European champion powered home in a time of 10.15 seconds, with world record holder Tim Montgomery second (10.26sec) and fellow Briton Mark Lewis-Francis coming in third (10.28secs).
Chambers - taking advantage of his position on the outside lane - won by two metres in what was a new stadium record, despite a strong headwind.
He recently endured two defeats at the hands of Lewis-Francis, and afterwards admitted his confidence is beginning to return.
"I'm grateful for the lane and I'm slowly gaining confidence, and these two(Mark Lewis-Francis and Tim Montgomery) are going to be my two main rivals," he said.
Lewis-Francis admitted he was exhausted after his recent successes and insisted he was concentrating on other matters, saying: "I'm shattered. Like I said, it's the World Championships this year."
