Sonia O'Sullivan is to turn her attentions to preparations for the IAAF World Cross Country Championships in Dublin this March despite giving birth to her second child, Sophie, just two days before Christmas Day. The Cobh-born athlete hopes to make a gradual return to training within the next ten days ahead of the prestigious event at Leopardstown racecourse, which had to be postponed last year because of the foot and mouth outbreak.
