Sutton Lawn Tennis Club is to host the First Active Leinster Senior Closed Championships, commencing on Sunday 1st February.
The tournament will feature 130 entrants spread over seven sections. The top names on show will include top seed John Abrahamse (South Africa) playing out of Spheres Club. He will be challenged by Neal Murphy (Carlow LTC), Nigel Peyton (Fitzwilliam LTC) and Eoin Ryan (Sutton LTC) in the Men’s A Section.
In the women's Emma Toolan (Sutton LTC) and Jennifer Dillon (Westwood) are expecting a tough fight to reach the Finals.
Finals Day is set for February 7th. The Ladies and Mens finalists will battle it out from 7 p.m.
