Monica Seles overcame Jelena Dokic 6-1, 6-4 in under an hour to claim an Olympic bronze medal in the women singles. Seles easily defeated the Aussie teenager to claim her first Olympic medal and she couldn’t hide her joy saying, "I've never had a medal in my life before and I'm really excited that I'll be coming back for the medal ceremony tomorrow."
