On tonight’s programme we mark International Uilleann Piping Day with some archive performances from Leo Rowsome and Dan O’Dowd as well as music from Mick O’Brien and Caoimhín Ó Raghallaigh.  Seamus McGuire discusses his work on The Grier Collection with John Lee and we hear music from their album ‘The Legacy of Stephen Grier’.   And finally we hear two different versions of the well known tune The Ashplant and a performance of a version of Fáinne Geal an Lae from The Goodman Collection played by Steve Cooney
