Bernard Whelan and Mary Turley McGrath’s pieces were selected from ‘Cinema Snapshots’, a competition run by ADIFF and Dublin City Library Groups with Sunday Miscellany.

Music:

‘Comme un Rosée de Larmes’ from the silent movie ‘The Artist’.  The piece was composed by Ludovic Bource and performed by the Brussels Philharmonic.

The theme from the movie ‘Taxi Driver’ composed by Bernard Hermann

‘My Ole Pal’ from the soundtrack to ‘The Butcher Boy’ composed by Elliot Goldenthal

‘The Bare Necessities’ from The Jungle Book composed by Richard M and Robert B Sherman and performed by Louis Armstrong

‘Lara’s Theme from Dr. Zhivago’ composed by Maurice Jarre and played by the City of Prague Philharmonic

 ‘I Never Woke Up In Handcuffs Before’  written by Hans Zimmer from the movie Sherlock Holmes.
