The Ryan Tubridy Show

The Ryan Tubridy Show is a fast paced entertaining and informative sixty minutes of morning radio, Dave Fanning presents

Hannah O'Byrne

Hannah is 23 years old and lives in Kildare. She used to be 18 stone and drank 16 cans every day and multiple packets of crisps. One morning she turned over in bed and the bed broke in two and that was the moment she decided she had to do something about her weight. Since last Christmas she has lost 6 stone purely by giving up both completely.

Life has definitely changed for the better and she decided to tell her story to encourage others to lose weight just by giving up junk food, not necessarily by going on slimming programmes

Jono has been playing Pokemon since the age of 8 – long before anyone knew who Pokemon was. People only now know who Pokemon was because of Pokemon Go which has been brilliant for Jono because it has gotten him out walking which he supposed to do for his back problems but which he often does not do. Pokemon Go is great for his health.
