It's National Dawn Chorus Day! From 00:00 until 06:00, we'll be bringing you live coverage of the dawn birdsong right across the country.  Derek will anchor our broadcast from Cuskinny Marsh Nature Reserve in Cobh, alongside Dr. Richard Collins and Jim Wilson. Eric Dempsey will report on the birdsong from the National Botanic Gardens in Dublin, Terry Flanagan and Professor John O'Halloran will introduce the Dawn Chorus from Fota Island in Cork, reporter Katriona McFadden will be in Glenveigh National Park in Donegal, Eanna ni Lamhna will be in Rathfarnham in Dublin, and providing his expert analysis from the RTÉ Radio Studios in Donnybrook will be Niall Hatch, Development Officer with BirdWatch Ireland.

So stay with us for six hours of compelling wildlife documentaries, all the news from our Blue Tit nestbox, and the gorgeous sound of this ornithological opera.
