Anne Marie Herron (née Kenny) is a former teacher and primary school principal. She is author of a number of successful English literacy programmes for schools and has devised and produced accompanying digital materials. She is also a published writer of books for children. Anne Marie combined her interest in literature with her role as presenter on Anna Livia FM’s books programme for many years. She has a PhD in Literature from DCU.
This documentary is a personal exploration of her family’s long affiliation with Dublin Zoo.
