Move over Tour de France, this month it is all about Tour de Romance! That is exactly what is taking place at this year's Kerry Bicycle Festival www.kerrybicyclefestival.org & one couple who met a couple of years ago at this event is Niall Birman-Roy & Helen Birman-Roy, also on the line is one of the organisers Maria Moynihan.
