BONZA DOO DAH YUMMY YUMMY
It’s hard to make sense of Australia, the team we’re supporting in the World Cup Finals. All that sunshine and sportiness and one of their favourite foods is the humble pie. Colin and Emma Doherty have brought the Aussie pie to Ireland and set up a company called Bonza Pies. The pies are made in county Meath and the Dohertys will soon open their first Pie shop, in the ILAC centre in Dublin.

SHANGHAI: EAST OF DUN LAOGHAIRE
Naoisa O’Brien and Matthew Kehoe from Dun Laoghaire Institute of Art, Design and Technology spoke to John about their recent trip to China which included checking out the world’s largest Expo in Shanghai.
Naoise and Matthew travelled with 25 other students from IADT to learn more about how business works in China, and to keep an eye open for any business opportunities there.
