The documentary 'Pyjama girls' was shown on RTE Television and provoked a strong reaction from Liveline listeners. Lauren and her grandmother Peggy both appeared in the programme and talked to Joe about the experience. Deirdre lives in Ballyfermot and felt the programme was not a fair portrayal of the area . Adoption story
Helena had been in toush with the programme last month looking for information on her birth mother. Helena now lives in Australia but was anxious to find information about the woman who put her up for adoption in Dublin. Liveline listeners responded to the story and Helena has been in contact with her birth mother's neice and has learned more about the woman nad her family.John later spoke to Joe about his own story - he discovered he had eight half brothers and a half sister after he made an appeal on Liveline last month.
Abuse victim waived anonymity
David was abused by his uncle who pleaded guilty and was convicted of the offences. David decided to waive his right to anonymity and spoke to Joe today about the experience. He says he felt he had achieved a kind of closure on the whole experience , in part by waiving his right , but alos through the support of counselling and his partner.
Stamps
Gus O'Hara runs a number of shops on Dublin's northside. He is annoyed about the way in which An Post deals with retailers in relation to the sale of stamps.
