Tinder is usually used for dates, but entrepreneur Elva Carri decided to use the app to find friends to go dancing with, and created a new social network in the process – Girl Crew.

Girl Crew co-founders Elva, Aine Mulloy and Pamela Newenham joined Richard Curran on The Business to talk about how a single shout-out on social media for people to head out dancing turned into a networking platform with tens of thousands of users, and plans to scale-up globally.
