Rural Roscommon will transform into the Italian city of Messina this weekend as Countrywide meets The Pilgrim Players ahead of their production of Shakespeare’s Much Ado About Nothing.
On the grounds of Edmondstown House in Ballaghaderreen, Beatrice and Benedick will bicker and tarry their way through the classic Shakespeare comedy for audiences as part of what is hoped will become an annual event.
