Janet Moran was watching Reeling in the Years when divine inspiration struck. The featured year was 1981 and she was watching the aftermath of the hijacking of Aer Lingus Flight 164 from Dublin to London by a former Trappist monk who was determined to discover the Third Secret of Fatima.
The play “A Holy Show”, due to run at this year’s Dublin Fringe Festival, followed. The writer and director joined Kay Sheehy on Arena to talk about a moment in time immortalised on stage.
