Eimer McAuley has met with the top female players in the country, including medical doctor Alice O'Gorman, Trisha Kanyamarala, an 18-year-old from Portlaoise, and Diana Mats, a refugee from Kyiv, to find out more about the obstacles women are facing at the elite level of the sport.
