The parents of a young woman found dead in a Monaghan canal are calling for Gardai to immediately finish a review of their initial investigation into her death. 23-year old Kelly Lynch was found with 93 injuries last year but Gardai aren't treating her death as suspicious. Our reporter Barry Lenihan spoke to the family.
