A statue, affectionately known as the 'Hags with the Bags', has returned to Dublin City Centre. It’s the statue of the two women sitting and chatting beside the Ha’penny Bridge, which was temporarily removed while Lower Liffey Street got a makeover. Ray speak to the statue's sculptor Jackie McKenna.
