Damien visited a dairy farm in Whitechurch in Cork & met with owner Dan Hegarty & Jean Baptiste Enjeven to talk about the newest addition to the Hagarty cheese range. It is called Templegall, a Swiss style cheese, made from raw milk & matured for at least 9 months. It also won the Irish Food Writers Guild Food Award in March.
