Clare Pooley was a secret drinker. A busy mother with three young children, Clare lived for wine-o’clock – it was her chance to relax after a long day. Soon she was drinking a bottle of wine every evening, and even more at the weekends. Knowing she needed to change Clare made the decision to stop drinking for good, and started an anonymous blog
