Kim O'Neill was 26, engaged to be married and expecting a baby when her world fell apart. Her fiance Padraig had a seizure one night and after investigations it was diagnosed as a brain tumour. She now has 3 children and is struggling to hold everything together as Padraig has ongoing treatment for his condition which is slowly worsening
