The 50th anniversary of Brendan Behan’s death is to be marked tomorrow with the airing of a new documentary entitled ‘Brendan Behan – The Roaring Boy’ on RTÉ 1. The film is something of a labour of love for actor and director Adrian Dunbar who chronicles the tale of a creative genius whose most convincing character was himself.
