Orla O'Donnell, Legal Affairs Correspondent, reports that the judge in the civil action taken by Nikita Hand against MMA fighter Conor McGregor will give his decision this afternoon on an application by Ms Hand for an injunction to stop him from disseminating CCTV footage shown during the trial.
