The Grand Final of the Veronica Dunne International Singing Competition takes place at NCH on Tuesday January 28th. Tickets for the final are on sale both online and at the Box Office at the National Concert Hall here.

On stage for the evening, Liz Nolan hosts the final with the National Symphony Orchestra and Paul Herriott presents the live broadcast on RTÉ lyric Live from 7pm on RTÉ lyric fm, Tuesday 28th January.

Each of the six finalists sing three arias, competing in front of a jury made up of the world's premier opera experts, chaired by Sir Thomas Allen, and supported by the National Symphony Orchestra under the baton of Wyn Davies.

With a total of 222 applicants this year, the competition hosted auditions in Berlin, Munich, New York, Paris, London, and Dublin where many talented young singers from a diverse range of nationalities further demonstrated the singing competition's global reach and international standing. Alongside Ireland's rising stars, the competition this year will welcome singers from 24 other countries from Europe to Asia, the Americas to Australasia.
