Evonne spent six happy years as a producer on the start-up team of RTÉ lyric fm. She returned to share as much Bach as she is allowed within the three hours of music that spans the centuries and spans the early morning, presenting Daybreak from 7-10am every Saturday.
After an undergraduate degree in Music and English at UCD, Evonne embarked on the Music & Media Technologies, M.Phil at TCD. She is Director of the Contemporary Music Centre, Ireland.
A Donegal native, Evonne likes to be out in the fresh air. When she's not taking gentle exercise, she’s learning a few easy piano pieces, trying to sing some not so easy choral pieces and attending as many concerts as she can squeeze in.
Saturday early mornings are super special for Evonne - three hours of her favourite music, pastime with the good company of the Daybreak listeners and a very large mug of strong coffee!
