The Scottish Chamber Orchestra seems predestined to bring Mendelssohn's Scottish works to life and in today's Full Score concert under the direction of Maxim Emelyanychev they perform Fingal's Cave and the composer's Scottish Symphony. Liz Nolan presents a showcase of unabridged musical masterworks, featuring live recordings of Irish and international performers, plus selections from the latest CD releases.
