Kevin Mc Dermott was born in Dublin and grew up in Crumlin, the youngest of eight children.  He still lives in Dublin with his wife Mary. They have three adult children. 

Kevin is a researcher and editor and has written four novel for young adults. ‘The Two Sisters’ is his first documentary.
