John has a Master’s degree in Music Technology from the University of Limerick . He has been involved in music and sound recording since he was 15 and for the past 5 years John has worked for Today FM, Newstalk, TV3, Setanta and TVM as sound and broadcast engineer.

He is a founding member and director of Curious Broadcast. In 2008 John won a Craol Social Inclusion Award for his production ‘Our School’ a transition year student’s training project for Dublin South FM.
