Naoise is a native of Dublin.

Having established a career as a social care worker, she turned towards another major interest, radio and television production.
She qualified with a Post-Graduate Diploma in Media Production from the National University of Ireland and worked as a producer with Kairos Communications on their daily programme ‘iWitness’ for RTÉ Television.

Naoise has co-produced a number of radio documentaries for RTÉ Radio 1's, Documentary On One, including ‘Border Beliefs’ and 'The Cure at Hand' as well as developing projects for film with the independent production company Maccana Teoranta.
