Christopher Cleary was born in Ballymun, Dublin in 1986.
He fell in love with music at a young age and from that developed his passion for radio production & broadcasting.
His first interaction with radio began when he was 11 taking part in a community radio presenters competition. He then began to work in pirate radio until he was 19.
Now, at 23, he has worked in some of the best radio stations in the country. On top of that, last year he single handedly built DCU's college radio station, DCUFm.
In June 2009, Chris set out to make his first documentary for RTE Radio 1, "8 Years On", a story about his mother who had a heroin addiction for 20 Years and how she overcome that, by earning herself a Masters Degree in Counselling.
Chris is currently undertaking his final year in Radio Production at Dublin City University and plans to study for his Radio Masters next year.
