Shauna McGreevy has been working in TV for nearly 20 years and the Doc on one production 'Girl from the letter' is her first foray into radio documentary.
She has worked on everything from lifestyle to entertainment to kids TV but has been firmly immersed in documentary for nearly 10 years. She loves nothing more than hearing and documenting people's stories. Her mantra - 'Everyone has a story'.
Some of her favourite projects have included making a documentary about sea swimming (Vitamin Sea) which fostered a love of jumping into the sea in every kind of weather, devising and producing a short form documentary series called 'From the same cloth' and making a series on Roddy Doyle's Barrytown trilogy.
With an MA in both, Shauna has a passion for history and film.
When not working, Shauna loves all things cultural, walking, reading, gently persuading her children to watch the films of her youth and ... sea swimming!
