Christopher McKevitt has worked for RTÉ since 2003 as a news reporter.

For many years he was a business news presenter on Radio 1's Morning Ireland and Drivetime. He also stands in as a news programme presenter. Sometimes he reads the news on radio. He has previously worked on RTÉ's foreign news desk and also as as a political reporter. Currently, he works as part of the television news production team.

Christopher previously worked for the Sunday Tribune and started out in journalism on a freesheet newspaper. He is very interested in hearing more stories about people who have witnessed extraordinary events and want to tell their story.
